Description	I should really just deem this section of my gallery the Sephiroth look alike section. I mean you have one guy who dresses like him and another guy who has his eyes.. Seriously though this cel is beautiful, the background just makes it look so intense, and the detailing on his hair is very impressive. It always surprises me to think this cel with its detail is by the same company around the same time as early seasons of Sailor Moon (which much as I love the show I have to say, had so so quality artwork in a lot of places.)
